Zzok (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "zzok") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Platform and the user.

These terms and conditions apply to all zzok products and services — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual games, and everything else on the platform. zzok's bonus policy, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy are all incorporated into these terms.

• Every bonus has an expiry date; if not used within the specified period, it will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same IP address or device
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5
• Violating bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings

• Withdrawals can only be made from accounts that have completed KYC verification
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals
• Transacting through an account registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• zzok may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions

Zzok believes betting should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of problems. That's why responsible gaming is a core part of zzok's terms and conditions.

• Any member can set their own deposit or betting limits at any time.
• Self-exclusion: block your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 5 years
• No new accounts may be opened during a cooling-off period

Zzok may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violations of these terms and conditions
• If registration is completed using false or inaccurate information
• If you attempt to operate multiple accounts
• If bonus abuse or arbitrage betting is detected
• If KYC documents are not submitted or fraudulent documents are provided
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected

If an account is closed, the user will be notified by email. Any valid balance will be refunded through the relevant payment method — except in cases where the account is closed due to a terms violation.

Zzok treats the protection of members' personal data as its highest priority. Your information is used solely for service delivery, KYC verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
